Senior Graduation Action Items

Kick off graduation season by completing the required senior exit and financial aid surveys so the class of 2026 can be celebrated, recognized, and fully prepared for their next steps after high school.

Graduation season is approaching, and we are thrilled to start celebrating our graduating seniors in May. As part of the graduation task completion process for the class of 2026, we eagerly anticipate our seniors sharing their post-high school plans through a Senior Exit Survey with their school counselor.

Students are encouraged to share the scholarship and financial aid offers they have received by completing the Financial Aid & Scholarship Reporting Survey. This will ensure they are recognized at their senior award ceremonies. Each high school will be providing essential information about the graduation action items for the end of the year.

  • Post-high school pathway plan
  • College admission decisions
  • Identify final transcript school
  • Personal non-PWCS email address

Complete the Financial Aid & Scholarship Reporting Survey

Any Senior Who Has Received a Scholarship

What is needed to complete this:

  • Name of scholarship
  • Total value of scholarship
  • Picture of verified letter/document with scholarship offer

PWCS Student Email and File Access

Plan ahead to avoid losing access to files, AP scores, or important updates from colleges.

Before graduation, be sure to save your work and update important accounts.

  • Access to PWCS Accounts Will End on June 30: After this date, you will no longer have access to your PWCS email, OneDrive, or Adobe cloud storage.
  • Use a Personal Email: Update accounts like College Board, college portals, and financial aid to a personal email to maintain access.
  • Save Your Files: Download any important documents or projects. CTE and art students should be especially sure to save portfolios.
  • Transfer Adobe Express Files: Create a free Adobe Express account with a personal email and follow the steps on the Adobe Graduation site.

2026 Signing Day

This event is open to all graduating seniors and families. Student and family registration is required by April 27, 2026.

Signing Day is to celebrate graduating seniors who have obtained an apprenticeship, full-time employment, or committed to military service. Join us to recognize and celebrate the students' accomplishments and commitment to their future career plans.
