Summer Program Registration Dates
- Elementary and Middle School Summer School - April 7 - May 23, 2025
- High School Summer School - April 7 - June 6, 2025
- Discovery Enrichment Programs - March 10 - May 23, 2025
Summer School Registration
Parent(s)/guardian(s) must complete the Summer School registration in ParentVUE.
Elementary and Middle School Registration Instructions
- To register a PWCS student for the Summer School, log in to ParentVUE.
- In the top right corner, select Online Records.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen below the Online Registration Packet Descriptions and select the Summer Schoool registration link, based on the student's grade level in the current 2024-2025 school year.
- 2024-2025 Summer School Registration (Grades KG-08)
- Click the "Begin Online Packet" at the bottom
- You will be prompted to review and confirm information as you move through the registration. Hit Save and Continue to advance.
- Introduction (At the end of this section, you will be prompted to enter your electronic signature; ensure it matches your name at the top right of the screen.)

- Once you come to the section titled Students, please do the following:
- Select the Exclude button for any of your students who will not be enrolling in summer school.
- From this same screen, select the Edit button for the student you will be enrolling.
- Transportation (Schedules with bus stops and routes for summer school will be available in June.)
- Location (The location shown in the drop-down is the school the student will attend for summer school)
- Click "Save and Continue"
- Review the online application and click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
You will receive confirmation that your registration was submitted via an automated email.
High School Registration Instructions
- To register a PWCS student for summer school, log in to ParentVUE.
- In the top right corner, select Online Records.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen below the Online Registration Packet Descriptions and select the Summer School registration link based on the student's grade level in the current 2024-2025 school year.
- 2024-2025 Summer School Registration (Grades 09-12).
- Click the "Begin Online Packet" at the bottom
- You will be prompted to review and confirm information as you move through the registration. Click Save and Continue to advance.

- Once you come to the section titled Students, please do the following:
- Select the Exclude button for any of your students who will not be enrolling in the summer school program.
- From this same screen, select the Edit button for the student you will be enrolling.
- Choose the program your student was recommended for in the Summer School Program dropdown.
- Choose Yes or No for whether your student plans to graduate in July.
- Transportation (Schedules with bus stops and routes for High School summer programs will be available in June.)
- Location (The location shown in the drop-down is the school the student will attend for summer school.)
- Click "Save and Continue"
- Review the online application and click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
You will receive confirmation that your registration was submitted via an automated email.
How to Cancel or Change Registration
We understand summer plans can change. We are offering the following options:
- To change the program that your student is currently registered for, complete a new registration in ParentVUE. Your new registration will cancel the old registration.
- To cancel a registration before June 7, contact your child's school. If you need to cancel a registration after June 7, email your student's name and school name to [email protected].

Discovery Enrichment Program Registration Instructions
Registration Information
- Parents/guardians will register using Student Quick Pay.
- At the login screen, you can log in to or create their account. View instructions on how to create a Quick Pay account.
- Once you have logged in, you will see the name of your student(s). Select the student that you are registering.
- Select the Summer School tab.
- Then, select the program you would like to register for by clicking on that program.
- Complete the registration form by filling out the required fields.
- If your student receives any of the following services or has any medical issues, you will check the box(es) that apply.
- Select the appropriate transportation method and choose the Express Bus Stop most convenient to you if you are selecting PWCS transportation.
- Check the box to confirm that you've read the Registration Information statement.
- Select Add to Cart when all information has been completed.
- Once your course selection(s) have been added to your cart, select the shopping cart icon in the top right to checkout.
- Complete the payment form and click Submit Payment when finished. Courses must be paid in full for your registration to be complete; partial payments will not be accepted. Note: You must submit payment in order to complete the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation once you submit.
Additional Registration Information:
- If you receive the following message, "You have already added this program to your cart," then the course is already full.
- Please note: If your child is enrolled in SACC, the SACC staff is unable to take students to the bus stop.

How to Cancel Your Registration and Request a Refund
We understand summer plans can change. We are offering the following refund policy for summer 2025.
- The last day to cancel an enrichment program registration for a refund is May 31. No refunds or credits will be given for enrichment programs after that date.
- To cancel a registration before May 31, email your student's name and the name of the Discovery course to [email protected].
