Summer Program Registration

Registration Dates

  • Discovery Enrichment Camps - March 9 - May 22, 2026
  • Elementary and Middle School Summer School - April 8 - May 22, 2026
  • High School Summer School - April 8 - June 5, 2026

Summer School Registration

Summer school registration for students in grades K-12 is completed in ParentVUE.

  1. Begin the Online Registration Packet

    • Log in to ParentVUE.
    • Select Online Records.
    • Select the correct online registration packet based on the student's grade level in the current 2025-2026 school year.
      • 2025-2026 Summer School Registration (Grades KG-08)
      • 2025-2026 Summer School Registration (Grades 09-12)

  2. Complete the Introduction Section

    • Review important information on the welcome screen about the online registration process, then click Continue.
    • Follow the instructions on each page. Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of each page to move forward

    Note - You will be prompted to enter your electronic signature; ensure it matches your name at the top right of the screen.

  3. Complete the Family Section

    • Follow the instructions on each page. Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of each page to move forward

  4. Complete the Parent/Guardian Section

    • Follow the instructions on each page. Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of each page to move forward

  5. Complete the Emergency Section

    • Follow the instructions on each page. Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of each page to move forward

  6. Complete the Students Section

    • Select the Exclude button for any of your students who will not be enrolling in summer school.
    • Select the Edit button for the student you are enrolling.

    Grades K-8

    • Select the following for each student you are enrolling:
      • Transportation (Schedules with bus stops and routes for summer school will be available in June).
      • Location (The location shown in the drop-down is the school the student will attend for summer school).
    • Click "Save and Continue"

    Grades 9-12

    • Select the following for each student you are enrolling:
      • Choose the program your student was recommended for in the Summer School Program dropdown.
      • Choose Yes or No for whether your student plans to graduate in July.
      • Transportation (Schedules with bus stops and routes for summer school will be available in June).
      • Location (The location shown in the drop-down is the school the student will attend for summer school).
    • Click "Save and Continue"

  7. Review and Submit the Registration Packet

    • Before submitting the registration packet, you must review the application by clicking the Review button.
    • To make any edits within the application, click the Edit button to the left of each of the section headings.
    • Once the edits are made, click Save & Continue to return to the Review/Submit screen.
    • After reviewing the application, check the I have reviewed all registration data and verified that it is correct box, then click the Submit button.
    • After submitting, you will not be able to make any more changes to the registration packet; however, you may return to the Online Records Status webpage to check the status of your submission.

Change or Cancel Summer School Registration

  • To change the program that your student is currently registered for, complete a new online registration packet in ParentVUE. The new registration will cancel the old registration.
  • To cancel a registration before June 12, contact your child's school.
  • To cancel a registration after June 12, email your student's name and school name to [email protected].

Discovery Enrichment Camp Registration

Parent(s)/guardian(s) register students using Student Quick Pay.

  1. Access Student Quick Pay

  2. Select Your Student

    • Once logged in, you will see the name(s) of your student(s).
    • Select the student you are registering.

  3. Choose a Discovery Enrichment Camp

    • Select the Summer Programs tab.
    • Click on the program you would like to register for.

  4. Complete the Registration Form

    • Fill out all required fields on the registration form.
    • If your student receives any services or has any medical issues, check the box(es) that apply.
    • Select the appropriate transportation method.
    • If choosing PWCS transportation, select the Express Bus Stop most convenient to you.
    • Check the box to confirm you have read the Registration Information statement.

  5. Add to Cart and Checkout

    • Select Add to Cart once all information has been completed.
    • Select the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner to proceed to checkout.

  6. Submit Payment

    • Complete the payment form and select Submit Payment when finished.
    • Courses must be paid in full to complete registration; partial payments will not be accepted.
    • You must submit payment to complete the registration process.
    • An email confirmation will be sent after payment is submitted.
    • If you do not receive an email confirmation, the registration was not completed.

  7. Additional Registration Information

    • If you receive the message, “You have already added this program to your cart,” the course is already full.
    • If your child is enrolled in SACC, SACC staff are unable to transport students to the bus stop.

Cancel Discovery Enrichment Registration

  • The last day to cancel a Discovery Enrichment camp registration for a refund is May 29.
  • To cancel a registration and request a refund, send an email with your student's name and the name of the Discovery Enrichment camp to [email protected].
  • No refunds or credits will be given after May 29.
