1. What is ParentVUE?
ParentVUE is an online portal that allows parents and guardians access to
information related to students in the district for whom they are legal
guardian(s) or have rights to educational records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
2. What information am I able to access through ParentVUE?
With this access, parents, and guardians can view classroom assignments,
grades, and attendance information. Parents and guardians will also have the
ability to submit updates to contact information, attendance, and submit
course requests during scheduling windows.
3. How do I access the ParentVUE parent portal?
You can access ParentVUE online at parentvue.pwcs.edu. For the best user experience, download the ParentVUE app from the Apple or Google Play Stores.
4. How do I obtain a ParentVUE account?
Parents are able to create a new ParentVUE account with a valid email address through the Online Registration Account Access Screen or by contacting their child’s school staff.
5. What should I do if I have not received or cannot find my Activation Key Letter?
If you haven’t received or cannot find your activation letter, please
contact your child’s school. School staff will assist you with activating your ParentVUE account.
6. What if I have questions or issues with ParentVUE?
If you have additional questions or issues with ParentVUE, please contact
your child’s school for assistance.
7. What should I do if I have forgotten my ParentVUE username and password?
If you have forgotten your username or password,
click More Options button on the ParentVUE login page,
click Forgot Password link,
and follow prompts.
