Community Use of School Facilities

PWCS Is Upgrading Brightly's CommunityUse to Their EventManager Platform

PWCS' event scheduling platform will be upgraded to Brightly's EventManager for the upcoming school year. The new software will provide a more modern user interface and equip renters with the tools to directly manage their rentals, invoices, and request their own changes and cancellations.

All renters who have accessed their account within the last year will automatically have an account set up for them in the new system. All other renters will be required to create a new account.

The current system is unavailable from May 30 - June 23 as data is transferred to the new EventManager platform. During this time, you will not be able to view, update, or make any changes in the CommunityUse website.

Please ensure that all events in June and July are submitted by Thursday, May 29. After June 23, events must be submitted through the new system.

Fees Have Been Updated

Network Outages and Planned Network Maintenance

Throughout the school year, Information Technology will be performing planned network maintenance. If your organization uses the wireless network while renting a facility, please visit the Monthly Maintenance Outages webpage for a list of dates when the network may be unavailable.

PWCS Aquatics Center

The PWCS Aquatics Center does not fall under the Community Use of School Facilities Program. Please visit the PWCS Aquatics Center webpage to obtain information regarding its use.

Public Track Use at High Schools

The program permitting public access to the high school tracks does not fall under the Community Use of School Facilities Program. Please visit the Tracks Open To Public Use webpage for additional information regarding the available location(s) and hours the track(s) may be accessed.
