Renting the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center
The Kelly Leadership Center (KLC), including its building and grounds, is designed and constructed to support the educational programs of Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS). The School Board recognizes the KLC may be used by non-PWCS organizations to conduct activities which will enhance, benefit, and support the community, and at such times when said uses do not interfere with the primary operations of the facility.
