Athletics Conducted by Nonprofit Organizations
The Cooperative Agreement between PWC and PWCS establishes the PWC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) as the scheduling authority for all athletic activities taking place at the elementary and middle schools. If you represent a nonprofit athletic group, league, or team, or a nonprofit organization seeking use of an elementary or middle school for sporting events, you must get in touch with the Sports Services Office.
Residents of Prince William County: PWC residents, who would like to schedule athletic activities that are not affiliated with a team or league, are categorized as nonprofit by PWCS. To schedule the elementary and/or middle school facilities, please contact the:

Athletic Rentals at the High Schools
Renters seeking use of the high school athletic areas for sporting events are not required to schedule through the DPR regardless of status (e.g., nonprofit vs. commercial). Parties interested in reserving this school level may submit their request directly to the location of choice by following the steps outlined on the Summary of the Process webpage.
Athletic Rentals By Commercial Organizations
Renters who represent organizations, which do not have nonprofit status, are considered commercial entities and are not scheduled by the DPR. Commercial groups interested in reserving the elementary, middle, or high schools may submit their request directly to the location of choice by following the steps outlined on the Summary of the Process webpage.
Note: PWCS grass fields close on December 1 and reopen for use on April 1.
