George Mason and Partners - Immunization Clinics
The George Mason and Partners (MAP) clinic will administer free immunizations to students who are missing one or more required vaccines and are uninsured or have Medicaid. The MAP clinic is funded by a grant that provides free vaccines to students who are uninsured or have Medicaid. Private insurance is not accepted at MAP clinics.
Students WILL NOT be able to start school on August 19, 2024, without required immunizations. More information on required immunizations for students can be found on the PWCS immunization requirements webpage.
Parents may view information about their student’s compliance with required immunizations in ParentVUE. If you do not have a ParentVUE account, please contact your student’s school.
MAP Clinic Information
- Appointments are required, no walk-ins will be accepted.
- Contact your child's school nurse to schedule an appointment.
- Students must be uninsured or have Medicaid.
- Download the parental consent form. Printed copies will be available in the school clinic.
