Grades 3-8 online Reading Standards of Learning (SOL) tests and Grades 3-8 online Mathematics SOL tests utilize an approach to assessment called Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT). CAT is a form of computer-based testing, which is tailored to the individual proficiency of a student being administered the test.
