If you are separating from the Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS), the Human Resources Department is very interested in hearing your feedback about the job you held, the work environment, the school division, and why you are leaving, if you resigned, so that we might continuously improve the employee experience. You may wish to share your feedback online via survey emailed to you by Human Resources or request an appointment at 703-791-8767 to speak to a Human Resources representative during a face-to-face exit interview.
The typical exit interview questions include why you are leaving, why you decided to accept a new position, whether there is anything you would change about the school division, and what suggestions you might have for improvement. We encourage all employees resigning from PWCS to participate in the exit interview process. There are no right or wrong answers to exit interview questions. This is an opportunity to give feedback on your job, on PWCS, and on the supervision you received. However, it's important to be polite and respectful, even if you aren't leaving your job on the best of terms.
