Substitute and temporary employees are critical to the success of the school division. The Substitute and Temporary Employment office staff is available Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Critical Functions and Activities
- Provide guidance in the hiring of substitutes, temporary, and summer staff.
- Process long term substitute and temporary teacher agreements.
- Process coaching and extracurricular contracts.
- Process additional class supplements.
- Provides guidance and assistance with WinOcular and Smart Find Express (SFE) sub call system.
- Process substitute reimbursements.
