Substitute and Temporary Employment Office

Substitute and temporary employees are critical to the success of the school division. The Substitute and Temporary Employment office staff is available Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Critical Functions and Activities

  • Provide guidance in the hiring of substitutes, temporary, and summer staff.
  • Process long term substitute and temporary teacher agreements.
  • Process coaching and extracurricular contracts.
  • Process additional class supplements.
  • Provides guidance and assistance with WinOcular and Smart Find Express (SFE) sub call system.
  • Process substitute reimbursements.
