Please note that, for unlisted areas, organizations will be assessed a fee based upon the size of the space. For example, a library similar in size to a classroom will be charged at the classroom rate.

Use of the lot for an activity other than parking vehicles will incur a fee. Additional permits, as mandated by the PWC government may also be required.

Educational rates only apply, as designated by PWCS, to accredited educational facilities (e.g., GMU, JMU, NOVA), providing classroom instruction only. Otherwise, the respective commercial or nonprofit rate will apply (fees/stipulations do not apply to PWCS-sponsored cohort classes).

Educational rates are charged per class taught, regardless of area or hours of use. If an educational institution will hold 5 daily classes in a single area for 3 hours per class, the total cost would be $22.50 x 5 classes = $112.50 per day.

Commercial organizations seeking use of the elementary or middle school athletic fields and areas will be charged at the same rates.

Seasonal fees apply to a team wishing to reserve use of a field for a season. PWCS defines a season as a 90-day or 3-month consecutive period with no more than 6 hours of use per week. Please note that seasonal fees only cover the use of a single field.

Custodial $35 per Hour Two-hour minimum. For clean-up of trash and debris.
Supervisor $35 per Hour Two-hour minimum. To access/secure locked fields or provide supervision at school's discretion.

Special Equipment Fees for Athletic Rentals
