Security Resident Program

Security Residents

The Department of Risk Management and Security manages the PWCS School Security Resident Program which houses residents in school apartments and trailers. The security resident resides on the school property in exchange for specified security services.

Attached to the application is a Background Investigation Release and Waiver, which must accompany the application. If the applicants are a couple, a Release and Waiver must be signed by each.

Note: Please make sure the Release and Waiver is witnessed by a person who is at least 18 years of age. If not, your application will be returned.

Please be advised that security resident applications are kept on file for one year from the date of submission. If you wish to remain on our list for a position, you will need to submit a new application each year. In addition, please note that there are no pets allowed in the program.
