As an employee of Prince William County Public Schools, you may be part of a Bargaining Unit represented by a Labor Organization certified as an Exclusive Representative. Under Section 10 of the Prince William County Public Schools Collective Bargaining Resolution, you cannot be required to become or remain a member of the Labor Organization representing your Bargaining Unit. Additionally, you cannot be required to pay dues or membership fees to any Labor Organization as a condition of your employment.
