Uncommon Community Use Activities and Requests
Most community use events are considered standard and may take place without additional review. If PWCS considers the event to be unordinary or it involves unusual use of the property, an additional approval will be required before the event may proceed as planned. The most common activities falling under this category are political events and requests to film on school property.
If the activity will involve any of the items listed below, this information must be disclosed on the organization's rental request so Security and Crisis Readiness may obtain additional details.
