The Master Schedule of Course Collection (MSC) to meet federal requirements of the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund requires school divisions to adopt the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) School Codes for the Exchange of Data (SCED). The new SCED codes have been incorporated into the SCED/Assignment to Endorsement Mapping Tool (Excel) to determine licensure requirements for a specific assignment. This is not a one-to-one mapping.
